Privacy Policy

NDS Social · Effective date: October 9, 2026

1. Who we are

NDS Social is an internal publishing tool operated by Nephilim Death Squad (TopLobsta Productions) (“NDS,” “we,” “us”). It is used only by NDS staff to publish NDS content to NDS-owned accounts, including the NDS TikTok account. It is not offered to the public.

2. What TikTok data we access

When an NDS staff member connects the NDS TikTok account through TikTok Login Kit, NDS Social receives only what is needed to post our own content:

• Basic profile information (scope user.info.basic): the account’s display name, avatar and TikTok user identifier. We use this only to confirm that the connected account is the NDS account.
• Video upload and publishing (scopes video.upload and video.publish): the ability to upload and publish videos that we choose to that account.
• Access tokens issued by TikTok so the tool can act on the connected NDS account.

We do not access followers’ data, direct messages, viewing history, contacts or any other user’s information.

3. How we use it

We use this data only to publish NDS-produced videos, such as clips from our own podcast, to the NDS TikTok account, and to confirm that we are posting to the right account. We do not use it for advertising, profiling or any other purpose.

4. No selling or sharing

We do not sell, rent or share any data from TikTok with anyone. It is not given to advertisers, data brokers or other third parties.

5. How we protect it

Access tokens are stored securely, with access limited to the NDS publishing tool. They are used only to post our own content and are never published or shared.

6. Data retention

We keep the access tokens and basic profile information only while the NDS TikTok account is connected to NDS Social. If the connection is revoked or no longer needed, we delete the stored tokens and profile information. Videos we publish stay on TikTok under the NDS account until we delete them there.

7. Revoking access and deletion

• You can revoke NDS Social’s access at any time in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services (menu names may vary), then remove NDS Social.
• To ask us to delete any data held by NDS Social, email nephilimdsquad@gmail.com. We will confirm once it has been deleted.

8. Children

NDS Social is an internal tool for NDS staff and is not directed at children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
