1. What NDS Social is
NDS Social is an internal publishing tool operated by Nephilim Death Squad (TopLobsta Productions) (“NDS,” “we,” “us”). It is used only by NDS staff to publish NDS-produced content, such as clips from our own podcast, to social media accounts that NDS owns, including the NDS TikTok account.
2. Who can use it
NDS Social is not a public product. It is not offered to the general public, and we do not accept sign-ups from outside users. Only authorized NDS staff may use it, and only to manage accounts that belong to NDS.
3. How it works with TikTok
NDS Social connects to TikTok through TikTok’s official Login Kit and Content Posting API. An authorized NDS staff member connects the NDS TikTok account once. After that, the tool can upload and publish videos that NDS chooses to that account. It does not post to any account NDS does not own.
4. Acceptable use
- Use the tool only to publish content NDS owns or has the right to publish.
- Follow TikTok’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines for everything posted.
- Do not use the tool to access, collect or post on behalf of any account that is not owned by NDS.
- Do not try to share, misuse or extract access tokens or credentials.
5. Content
NDS is responsible for the content it publishes through NDS Social. NDS keeps all rights to its own content. Using this tool does not give anyone else any rights to NDS content.
6. Third-party services
NDS Social depends on TikTok and other platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes or decisions.
7. No warranty
NDS Social is provided “as is” for internal use. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, NDS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the tool.
8. Ending access
We can suspend or stop the tool, or remove a staff member’s access, at any time. The connected TikTok account can be disconnected at any time from TikTok’s settings (see our Privacy Policy).
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
